Schools & Nurseries

Our printing and fundraising scheme for schools allows children’s artwork to be reproduced onto a wide range of items including mugs, coasters, key rings and more at a low cost. This then allows the school or ptfa to resell these items to the parents and make a set percentage profit on the total order, whilst still offering the parents excellent value for money.

With prices starting at £2.50 most parents are pleased to let their children produce a wonderful unique gift or keepsake whilst raising money for their school in the process.

We have pre-designed templates for all of our products along with a standard letter and order form to go home with the children. The artwork can either be produced at school as a class art activity or the templates can be sent home with the children to complete with their families.

There are no costs to the school apart from your time and art materials if you decide to set aside time in class to do the artwork. We can provide samples for the school, group or nursery to display if you wish, this gives the parents a opportunity to see a range of items produced by all ages before they order anything.

Approximately 7-10 days later, the printed products will be delivered by hand and sorted into classes/groups for you and clearly labelled with the child’s name. Together with the items will be our cheque to you for the amount you have raised along with a product statement so that you can see how many products were ordered.

The amount you can expect to raise obviously depends upon how many children are taking part in the school but typically 80% of parents will order 1 or more products and some may order 6 or more as gifts for family or friends. A two hundred place primary school may raise around £140-£200 per project. As we produce every item personally it doesn’t matter how many children take part, there are no minimum orders.
